기존 장비의 PLC 프로그램은 구조가 복잡하고 주석 및 변수 관리가 미흡하여 유지보수가 어려운 상태였습니다. 프로그램 전체의 동작을 분석하여 로직을 재구성하고 주석과 변수명을 표준화하였으며, 관리가 용이하도록 코드 구조를 전면 개선했습니다. 또한 HMI 화면을 새롭게 설계·제작하여 사용성과 운영 편의성을 향상시켰습니다. 최종 검수 및 시운전을 완료하여 안정적인 운전과 향후 유지보수가 가능한 시스템으로 개선하였습니다.
